4) If no winner exists by Halloween 2009, the highest ranking list will be the winner.

5) There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.

6) You must send a $25 entry fee for each list submitted using PayPal to JohnGa1t@Yahoo.com (Click Here)

7) You are not officially entered into The Bank Dead Pool until receipt of your list and entry fee.

8) Once a winner is reached, they will receive 50% of the pool entry fees with the two runners-up splitting the rest 30% and 20% respectively.

9) You can only pick banks that have NOT failed prior to receipt of both your entry fee and list... Thus, the pool never closes to new entries.

11) The Bank Dead Pool forbids anyone from negatively influencing the viability of any financial institution as a result of this pool.

12) The Commissioner will unilaterally rule on any disputes, judgements, or interpretations.

The Bank Dead Pool's current rankings will be posted frequently on this site once at least ten lists are officially submitted.
